Youth must go

ah yes...

MY last post may have been crypic but I've had a lot of time to reflect on my time in the work of sternutation...

I'm getting married in under 10 days. A lot of talk had been going on about if listening to wavs/watching videos is considered cheating. I've had a lot of time to think...

I also thought about the ladies that I have talked to in the past. Some that have been hit by the sharks so badly that they don't trust others. I know of a couple that I'd like to know what's in their mind....if I said something derogatory..or if someone has talked shit about me...that's never cool

I though about the guys too...not the cool ones...the ones that like to hide as other people, and spam...i can't count on either hands the number of times i've had to deal with these girlfriend-less/boyfriend-less idiots that like to do nothing but cause havok...i mean what, they're subscription to xbox live ran out?

Then there's the other ones with 5-6-7 different im names...same reason...stirring shit up.

most imporetantly i thought about my fiance.

And the conclusion I came to was that while I don't feel that listening to wavs/movies constitutes cheating. But I feel i'm just becoming too old to play the networking game anymore. Or rather not as ferocious as I used to...I mean there's a generation gap now.

that's not to say I won't converse from time to time...I'll just won't be actuvely searching peeps out.

my life gets an overhaul next week...and I can't wait!

Obviously, it may be easier for married people to talk to other couples, instead of with people who can't empathize with them due to their lack of experience. At least, that's the vibe I get.

My first generation gap started when I went to college. Then anyone more than a year younger than me appeared as juvenile. How'd that happen? When I was 15-16, age didn't matter. Of course, it's because now those kids would be regarded as jail-bait to me. In an instant, I went from "Can talk to anyone" to "Can talk to a select few".

Networking is still fun, but like you, I don't look for it openly anymore. If someone comes to me, or if a conversation just so happens to start with someone I commented to or whatever, I'll see where it goes.
